About me
I’m a Masters athlete and currently work in the emergency services. I coach weightlifting in person and PT online. My educational background prior to joining the BlueLight Services was Science and Management of Health and Fitness and latterly a degree in Physiotherapy. I’m interested in utilising strength training to promote fitness, quality of life and weight loss especially in the 30+ age groups #fatlossnotfunloss
