Hi, we are glad you found us!💙 We are a couple from Denmark, who runs our own online coaching business. It is also possible to get PT sessions with us or book us as fitness group instructors. Both of us are educated as personal trainers and fitness instructors level 2 & 3 UK, The Training Room, London. We believe that everyone can reach their goals with 0 restrictions and 100% happiness!
