Hi I’m Harvey Jay and I am an experienced personal trainer qualified to level 3. I run and coach at Excel Performance a business focussed on personalised Personal Training and workout plans tailored to meet your specific goals. Whether it’s weight loss, toning, building muscle or transforming your fitness we will provide you with a range of services from Pure Gym Corby. Ideally located in the middle of Corby with great parking the gym provides great facilities and equipment for all levels and requirements. I focus on personalised plans and sessions for up to 2 people and pride myself on my attentiveness and professionalism.
