Through a number of lifestyle factors over many years I've been overweight, unfit, low in confidence and generally unhappy with life. Going through an early menopause didn't help matters. I tried every fad diet & exercise plan before finally studying the science behind how our bodies work. The best lifestyle is found by learning what works for you & most of all it should be fun! If you want to change your body shape, tone up, build confidence & improve your mindset without giving up everything you enjoy, let's have a chat. If you have a long term condition such as arthritis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, COPD, asthma, Osteoporosis or obesity then you can feel confident that I am qualified to work with you safely to help improve your lifestyle and reduce pain. Amazing PT

I cannot recommend Lisa enough! She is a brilliant PT and such a lovely person and now friend. She is highly knowledgable and makes you feel so comfortable, I started off so nervous walking into the gym but immediately Lisa put me at ease and I quickly started to feel comfortable using the gym equipment with and without Lisa As well as the PT sessions, Lisa also sends you a booklet which contains lots of healthy meal ideas, she does regular check ins and also adds you to a group on Facebook where she shares information and does useful videos on fitness and food, The sessions are tailored to you and what you enjoy doing and are always fun! Thanks so much for all your help Lisa!

I had been going to the gym for a few months, not knowing what I was doing and seeing no results. I felt lost and was ready to give the gym up altogether. I decided to bite the bullet and seek professional advice and after chose to work online with Lisa, I have never looked back. Lisa wrote a progressively challenging programme for me that was specifically tailored to the goals and the body type I wanted to achieve. She even looked at my diet and gave me pointers on protien and how to get the most out of each meal. As a woman in her 40s, I was so pleased that Lisa was qualified to support perimenopausal women and knew how to set a programme for me that would help me become the fittest and strongest I possibly could be as I head into the menopause. Within 6 weeks, I felt so much stronger and started to see my body changing. Within 3 months I had dropped a dress size and my confidence both in and out of the gym was at an all time high. I highly recommend Lisa. She checks in with you regularly, keeps you motivated and goes above and beyond to help you reach your goals.

Lisa is an amazing Personal Trainer. She makes your sessions fun and tailors it to your needs. Lisa also gives her group weekly live zoom updates if you wish to take part or you can watch later. These zooms have been on food, nutrition, fitness, different topics, etc and have been very useful. I would definitely recommend Lisa you will not be disappointed.

Lisa is an amazing pt, I’d never had a pt before. I though they shouted at you and just generally made the gym unenjoyable. Couldn’t be more further from the truth with Lisa, I looked forward to our sessions and our talks. She is so knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know she will find out for you. My view on crazy diets and how I should be working out has completely changed and my body has changed with it. A year on and although I’m not with lisa anymore and going it on my own, I still keep up with the gym my eating habits are the best they’ve been in years and I’m so close to my goals now, Lisa did this for me and I couldn’t be more grateful.
